Marketing for tennis clubs and academies: Google and Meta ads, lead follow-up and simple automations. We turn inquiries into trial lessons, paid programs and renewals.

Tennis only. No new software for your club. Fixed monthly fee.

A real court in South Florida at sunset. Lights on, nobody playing.

Your courts are ready. The open slots stay open.

4.9 million Americans played tennis for the first time in 2025, according to the USTA participation report. The players are out there. Most clubs lose them somewhere between the first search and the first payment.

  • A single tennis ball on an empty blue hard courtNobody finds the program.

Local families search for lessons and camps, and the club down the road shows up first.

  • An empty tennis court at nightInquiries go cold.

A message arrives on a busy Saturday. By Monday, that player booked somewhere else.

  • A worn tennis ball left on a clay courtPlayers don't come back.

A session ends, nobody follows up, and a regular quietly becomes a former student.

What do empty spots cost you?

Count the clinic and lesson spots that go unsold in a normal week. Each dot is one of them.

Left on the court every year

$21,840

That's $1,820 a month.

A $600 ad plan pays for itself when it fills 18 spots a month, about 4 a week.

Rough math to size the problem, not a promise. Weeks are counted as 52 a year.

From first click to renewal.

We work the whole rally, starting where you get the fastest return: paid ads. Each step can be hired on its own. Most clubs start with ads and add the rest once the numbers show up.

Keep your booking system. We build around it.

CourtReserve, PlayByPoint, Club Automation, a city system or a phone and a notebook. Your players keep booking the way they do today. We add the follow-up it doesn't do.

    Retain

    No system change

Players drift away between programs, when nobody tells them what comes next. We give every player a next step.

    Fill

    Built on your booking system

No-shows, late cancellations and rain leave spots empty that someone on the waitlist would have paid for. We get them filled.

    • Waitlists that fill a freed spot on their own
    • Cancellation and rain notices with make-up credits
    • Off-peak openings offered by text and email
    • A monthly report: spend, trials, enrollments, fill rate

Nothing to migrate. Booking, payments and member records stay where they are. Before promising any connection, we check what your system allows.

Only Tennis Marketing is part of the Only Tennis Group, three businesses built around one sport: an app that tracks matches on iPhone and Apple Watch, a social channel that posts tennis every day and an agency that fills tennis clubs. Tennis is all we do.

Leo has worked in marketing since graduating in advertising in 2013. He runs Google and Meta ads and builds sales automations for businesses across the US. Here, that work goes to one sport only.

Questions clubs ask.

Do I need to change my booking software?

No. Your club keeps CourtReserve, PlayByPoint, Club Automation or whatever it uses today, and your players keep booking the same way. Our automations run alongside it, and we check what your system can connect to before promising any integration.

How much does marketing for a tennis club cost?

Ads management is $600 a month per channel: Google or Meta. Automation modules start at $300 a month each. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google and Meta. A one-channel test usually starts at $500 to $1,000 a month in ad spend.

How much does a lead cost for a tennis program?

There is no published benchmark for tennis alone. For sports and recreation in the US, LocaliQ reports an average cost per lead of about $44 on Google Search and about $15 on Meta lead ads in 2026. Real costs vary by city, program and season, so we measure yours in the first 60 to 90 days.

What does automation from $300 a month include?

Automation is sold in modules, starting at $300 a month each: inquiry follow-up (instant replies, missed-call text back, trial reminders), a next step for beginners, renewals and win-back, full courts (waitlists, cancellation and rain notices, off-peak openings) and progress notes for junior parents. Most clubs start with inquiry follow-up, because it doesn't depend on the booking system.

Do you automate WhatsApp?

Yes, through WhatsApp's official Business API: instant replies to inquiries, chats started from your ads, trial and class confirmations, reminders and renewal notices. Two limits as of 2026: the official tools don't post to large groups, and Meta has paused promotional WhatsApp messages to US phone numbers. So offers like an open spot go by text message or email, and by WhatsApp to players with non-US numbers or who wrote to you in the last 24 hours.

Are automated texts legal for a club in Florida?

Yes, with written consent. We record when and how each person agreed, send between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., cap how often anyone hears from you and stop right away when someone replies STOP. Florida's telephone solicitation law treats marketing texts like sales calls, so we set this up before the first message goes out.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Campaigns run in your own Google and Meta accounts, and you keep everything if we stop working together.

Do you share the names of the clubs you work with?

No. We never name our clients without written permission, so your strategy and results stay private from the clubs around you.

Do you work with pickleball or padel?

No. We only work on tennis programs. If your facility also runs other sports, we focus on the tennis side.

Where do you work?

We are based in Miami and work with tennis clubs and academies anywhere in the United States. Strategy, ads and automation are run remotely.
